Should you wish to leave a donation in memory of Richard, we are recommending WaterAid as our chosen charity.
Closer to the time, we will provide a link to a live broadcast of the service for those who cannot attend in person.
We will hold a separate commemoration when we spread Richard's ashes. We hope this may be possible in the summer. Details will follow in the next few weeks.
A celebration of Richard Bailey's life
Funeral service is at South Oxfordshire Crematorium on Friday 17th May 2024 at 1pm.
As parking is limited please do not arrive before 12.45pm.
Dress code for the funeral and reception is relaxed. Those of you wanting to wear rowing attire, please do, as Richard would no doubt have approved!
The reception will be informal. If you would like to speak there to share your memories of Richard with those attending, then we would welcome this.
